Dodie Boesch joined Vintage Filings, LLC in February 2004 and serves as Executive Vice President to the Company. Ms. Boesch is responsible for relationship management and business development for our mutual fund sector.

For the eight years prior to joining Vintage Filings, LLC, Ms. Boesch owned and operated ProFile Services, LLC, an EDGAR service company. ProFile Services, LLC's primary client base was the mutual fund industry, having serviced companies such as Janus, ING and several mutual fund administrators. Prior to owning and operating ProFile Services, Ms. Boesch served as compliance administrator at a mutual fund complex.

Ms. Boesch attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

 

Gordon Ruckdeschel

Gordon Ruckdeschel joined Vintage Filings, LLC in July 2004, bringing with him over 10 years of industry experience. Mr. Ruckdeschel is responsible our mutual fund/investment management and asset backed securities business. to joining Vintage Filings, LLC, he was Vice President of Marketing Technology in the Funds and Financial Intermediaries department of JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management, a unit of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.

From 1996-2001, he was with National Filing Services, an EDGAR services provider, where he served in several capacities, including Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, he worked in the publications department of Scudder Stevens & Clark, Inc. (now Deutsche Bank).

Mr. Ruckdeschel holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
