Chinese Companies Looking to go Public in the U.S.
Nick Thacker from Vintage Filings will present at the Capital Forum 2007 in Shanghai, China on April 10th and 11th. Put on by Sterne Agee, the conference is a knowledge sharing forum for Chinese companies looking to access capital markets in the United States. Nick will participate in a discussion panel on reverse mergers, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.
